Payment can be made in person via cash, check, or credit and online via check (mailed), credit, Paypal, and Stripe.
Refunds are considered on a case to case basis and are outlined in detail your contract.
Base website package is a flat fee with a yearly support subscription. This support subscription can be cancelled anytime after the first year. Monthly subscription for backups, protection, maintenance, or updates are renewed either monthly or annually, depending on your preference. Clients paying annually are eligible for a discount.
After your first year, you are not committed to renew your subscription and are free to continue on a monthly or annual basis without a contract.
